There were actually many items similar to this that I was considering. I decided to go with this one because of the external weights that can be added. The external weights are great! They add a level of awareness that doesn't exist when just doing kegel exercises. There is a sense of activation and engagement that happens at the pelvic floor and up through the layers of internal muscle contraction.

I have a better understanding of how to strengthen my pelvic floor, where I am at and how to get back to a healthy strong foundation. Basically when I sneeze now my muscles activate better so I don't pee myself. I truly believe the training I am doing with my Kegelbell is worth the 5 minutes every-other day.

As a nurse I’m actually familiar with the Kegelbell! And being pregnant, this is a great equipment for exercising the pelvic region in preparation for birth to help me push! But not only that, helps with stronger bladder control and keeps everything tighter and put together down there. (Which I’ll probably need after birth)

Over the last several months I have added more weight as needed and now am using all three weights. It has helped me tremendously with urinary incontinence when running for exercise or in Pilates class when jumping on the reformer, and now I can run and exercise without leaking.

I love the Kegelbell! I just had my 2nd baby 10 months ago and have been trying to be better about staying on top of my pelvic floor health this time around. It has really helped with urinary problems I was having and has helped improve my sexual sensations.

I’ve worked my way to the smaller insert with up to the 3 weights but do better with the small+medium for longer holds. I’ve tried other devices and this has been one of my favorites. I like that the weight is on the outside versus bulb being weighed. 💪🏻

Ladies: talk about sex, talk about specific body parts, talk about incontinence. Teach your kids before they’re at the age of embarrassment. And then tell your friends about the Kegelbell. Non invasive and life changing for incontinence, sexual dysfunction and more. Other countries have so much more access to perineal physical therapy. Somehow we have a huge stigma around talking about perineal health.

As women, we seek out the best cleanser, make-up, diets, and exercise for our bodies. This is one area we tend to neglect. I don't believe intentionally. However, we are sometimes reminded by a sneeze, cough, or some sort of aerobic activity.

Biggest change is no more leakage. As a 40 year old with 2 kids and PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome), I am pre disposed to leakage. Just this last year it started having leakage and got to the point recently I wore pads/panty liners most of the time.

Since starts Kegelbell, after the first week the leakage decreased drastically. Going into the second week on, I have not noticed leakage. It has been amazing.

Two years ago, I was introduced to the founder, Stephanie who wanted to talk to fit moms.
